It's currently the only DC book I read. I've never thought it inconsistent, BUT then I did skip the entire H'el on Earth thing. I hear she was awfully written in that. But from issue #19 onwards it's been decent again even with a change in writer. Unfortunately the artist Mahmud Asrar has now left the book, which is a shame.
The whole H'el on Earth thing was terrible. It was so bad I dropped the title. It was hardly even the same character. Being good and then godawful is pretty much the definition of inconsistent. It's still better than, say, Hawk and Dove which was terrible all the time.
Ah. Well that explains why I didn't think it was inconsistent then! I'm still on the fence about digging into H'el on Earth when it comes out in trade. I'm now leaning more and more towards just ignoring it completely. Thanks for the tip. Like I said though, it's got decent again after the crossover if you have space in your pull list!
